A steady and calm mind is necessary before you embark on the Solar path so we recommend mastering the MOON classes before starting on the SUN journey.
Sun practice is a more dynamic style than Moon. This more solar path is about learning to manage our energy and develop a deeper relationship to Prana - the energy that sustains us. In this class we use asana to open the chest and upper body and we use the breath, with an emphasis on developing the inhalation to increase the radiance in the body. We also introduce some of the deeper Traditional practices such as Bandhas and Mudras.
These classes are most beneficial if you are looking to feel more positive about life and are feeling a little stagnant, sad or lacking energy.
