Moon practice combines standing poses and seated postures that involve longer holds with an emphasis on creating stability and calmness of both body and mind. We use extended exhalations in the breath to guide the mind inwards and touch the space of stillness that exists beyond the thinking mind.

These classes are most beneficial for busy people who sometimes feel anxious or ungrounded, need more calmness and stability in their life and who are easily triggered emotionally.It’s the perfect place to begin if you are looking to establish a regular yoga practice.
