Through a progression in asana and the other key elements of the Traditional path including Bandhas, Mudras, Mantra, Pranayama and Meditation. We calm the mind, cultivate energy and burn through our limitations. We call in our personal power through our breath practice, build internal heat at the naval and focus on shifting energy at the base of the spine where we access our Kundalini – our true potential!
These classes are most beneficial if you are ready to embrace your true potential! To prepare however, we must be steady and calm and have an established relationship with prana.
