Welcome to Moon Sun Stars Yoga. My name is Linda and I lead yoga sessions that are based on the Hatha Yoga Tradition using techniques that have been passed down from the Himalayan Masters and Traditional Hatha Yogis. In my classes, we work together to release stuck energy and then move, shape and expand it in ways that allow us to tap into deep meditation.
Yoga is about initially finding stability and calmness in life so that we have a base to truly evolve and move forward in a purposeful way. Through movement, breath work and meditation, we evolve the body, mind and soul towards self-mastery. We learn to understand our energy, how to cultivate it and how to invest it so that we can live a life of happiness and fulfillment.
Each session includes asana, pranayama and a meditation section which allows us to drop in to a deep experience of the self. A time for personal reflection and energetic and mental shifts. This ensures that at the end of every practice with me, you walk out the door feeling lighter, brighter and more positive about life.
Together with regular yoga sessions, I love facilitating intensive workshops and retreats where we have longer to delve deep within and embody the benefits of yoga practices.
